Our Coaches

Our coaches will be in attendance each day, as well as other experienced members who will be on hand to show you the basics. You can also look around our clubhouse and get to know some of our members, while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee, or a drink from the bar.

So, if you're curious about the sport, and looking for either the more competitive aspect or the social version with gentle exercise, both in the company of friendly and welcoming club members, please come along. All you need to bring are some flat shoes (not stiletto or heavy-tread boots) please, and we'll take care of the rest. We have bowls you can borrow both on the day and into the season, while you find your feet. We look forward to meeting you!

Over 25 came to open days in 2024 and many joined up. One new member said ‘’ I was looking for something to do with some friends and we turned up to an open day and were made to feel very welcome and given immediate tuition. It didn’t take us long to reach some level of proficiency and it was great fun"
